Recently Brian was commenting on how lush our front yard looks. I have planted some pumpkins out there that are going crazy. The rest of the trees and bushes just look wonderful too. Our water bill came a few days ago and it was 15x the normal bill. I started freaking a little thinking we probably have a pipe broken out front somewhere. Brian did some digging around and investigating and thinks the problem is the main valve has stopped working so our plants are getting watered 24/7. A friend of his is going to help us fix it but so much for cheap lushness in Vegas.
The girls really enjoy any kind of coloring so we broke out the fingerpaints recently. Definitely an out door activity. All the markers and crayons are now washable as well as Sophia loves any writing surface including herself, nice white walls, carpet, tables, and not excluding computer screens and desks. The magic eraser has become my new best friend when she gets a hold of something that doesn’t wipe off with water.
The girls will do anything for Daddy Dinosaur rides. It is pretty funny. Sophia hollers HI-YAA to get the dinosaur going and when he collapses only a kiss will get him going again. She quickly bends over and gives kisses to get the ride moving again. The squeals and giggles are priceless.
This is a pool that Brian recently finished. That is Serra swimming in it.

That pool looks so refreshing. Will brian give dino rides to older kids too? I’ve fogotten what it’s like to ride on someone’s back. When will I see him next?
Looks like a lot of fun! Tucker wanted me to let Brian know that he drove through Springfield Mass which is the location of the basketball hall of fame. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
Fingerpainting is such a fun daring activity! Our times of it are few and far between. As with Playdough. As for markers Christian gets them and immediately lifts his shirt and draws all over his belly. I’m just glad it’s not been anywhere else yet. He is always so proud of himself too. He’s even learned draw on himself while he runs away from me as I chase him for the marker. Fun times.
priceless painting pics! The pool looks great! ~g
