We had a great day yesterday. Brian got lots of yard work done and the BBQ fixed. I got the house clean and finished my living room project – new shelves. Sorry no pics yet. They have yet to be filled as I am not sure where the boxes are of deco stuff. We celebrated the return of the BBQ with baby back ribs. Brian invited his friend Tim over since his wife was out of town. I decided it was time for bed when Rosie came in and showed me this.
This is why we use only washable markers at this juncture. What you don’t see is the bottom of her feet and her legs which I discovered shortly after. She must have stuck the marker into her belly button because that stuff isn’t coming out anytime soon. We get a kick out of this kid.
Brian awoke in the night to sickness and so I am up early as I ran his bishopbric meeting agendas over to the church this morning for him. Poor Brian. He does always manage to get sick on the weekends though. I’m sure he’ll hit the ground running tomorrow.

I’m feeling much better now after 10 hours of additional sleep today….my favorite thing about Sophia’s belly art is that she took the time to use different colors. She’s a sweety. -B
