We are officially in escrow for a large piece of dirt. About a 3rd of an acre. In the meantime we get to design our next house. How crazy is that? A few stipulations for the lot we have picked up are that the home built be one level (no complaints here) and that it be at least 3000 square feet. I don’t know what I will do with all that space but….ok, we all know I will have no trouble filling it up. Exciting times.

It’s actually in Vegas but much closer to Henderson. We’ll post some pictures soon.

I’m trying to figure out how to buy the lot next door and build a spec on it while I’m building a place for us on the lot we’re in escrow on. Lots of opportunity there but I’ve got to get creative to pull it off. Stay tuned. -B

I am really excited for you. That is a HUGE house especially because it’s on one level. From the photos it looks like you’ll have enough land for a descent size yard too. Do you want a yard? I’m sure you do. Very exciting. Build a room for me with extra beds & a crib. I’ll move in for a while.
