We have a few pictures, but as it is a condo and small it is difficult to really get any good ones. There are people living there right now so all their junk is everywhere. We will be doing an inspection tomorrow and intend on taking a few more and measuring some things. When we take possession next month, we will take some before and after pictures. We have some moderate plans to make the place nice. Working on a very tight budget though, so we may have to get inventive to make some of it work.

congrats on finally getting one
We were planning on just keeping the SUV, but Brian reminded me that last night she was awake alot… so we’ve decided to let her go with you when escrow closes… we’ll come visit! pc
But… as Dad said the other night as she played with us just before we were going to bed… “we are going to miss this one” and so we shall. She comes to visit in our room when we are in there, knowing exactly which drawer the chocolate is in. It only takes one “ummmmmm” from her for one of us to cave in and give her a treat. I was able to see the new place today. It will be nice for them. Great town, Santa Paula and nice area they live in. I am excited for them but have mixed feelings for me. mom
